JarviSWARM is LSA Digital's open source Agentic Harness Framework (AHF). It brings product management and engineering teams together in one framework, using agile concepts, proven patterns and practices, and Claude CLI tooling integration.
Agile ceremonies, tickets, and Git workflows are nothing new. Putting them together in one maintained, installable framework that AI agents and humans share is. JarviSWARM is the harness behind every product we ship.
Every component is tracked in a single manifest, so installs are predictable, modular, and fully removable.
